Betro Burger
Beyoğlu, Istanbul RESTORAN - 2024
Restaurant / Interiors
The Betro Burger branch in Beyoğlu was designed and built in 2024. The design took its cue from the brand identity and colours of the two existing branches. Drawing on the experience of the earlier spaces, the spatial layout and material palette were refined, and the identity was reinterpreted through an industrial language. The narrow, deep plan is organised as a linear sequence running the full length of the space. Diagonal neon lines set at a steady rhythm along the wall heighten the sense of perspective and draw visitors further inside. Exposed ceiling services, textured grey plaster walls, a polished concrete floor, corrugated metal and black brick set the industrial character. Leather, timber and white tile balance these hard surfaces and add warmth. The brand’s energy is layered over this calm base. Green neon lighting and red light accents turn the identity colours into architectural elements. Graphic line-art walls, a mural gathering iconic figures around a single table and pop reinterpretations of classical portraits give the interior a playful character. The result is a space with a strong identity that stays balanced, where guests can have fun and still enjoy their meal.
