Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Vono Studio processes the personal data of its clients, prospective clients, website visitors and business partners under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

Data we process Identity and contact details; project information such as property address, zoning data, measurements and photographs; quotes, contracts, invoices and payment details; correspondence and survey responses; contact-form entries and website usage data (IP address, browser, pages visited). We do not request special categories of personal data.

Purposes and legal bases We process data to respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes, perform contracts, deliver design and construction services, handle permits, invoicing and accounting, manage suppliers and subcontractors, ensure site safety, improve service quality and secure our website. The legal bases are contract performance, legal obligations, establishing or defending legal claims and our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2). We showcase completed projects in our portfolio and send marketing messages only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Recipients Our accountant, banks and e-invoice provider; engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers involved in your project; competent public authorities; lawyers and courts; and IT service providers. Our e-mail and cloud provider (Google Workspace) may store data on servers outside Turkey. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under KVKK Art. 9, such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention We keep data for as long as the purpose and applicable law require, generally 10 years for commercial records. After that we delete, destroy or anonymise it.

Your rights Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, its purpose and recipients, ask for correction or deletion, object to adverse results from solely automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Send your request in writing to our address, or to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered with us or with a secure electronic signature. We respond free of charge within 30 days.
