Migros Kitchen

Migros Mutfak is the first branch of Migros’s new restaurant concept, designed and built by Vono Studio in 2025. Drawing on the lean canteen model found across Europe, the project offers healthy, locally inspired meals to visitors stopping by before or after their shopping. The design carries this simplicity into the space. A restrained palette of materials and colours, a clear circulation layout and pared-back detailing keep the focus on the food and the experience. The space is designed as a natural part of the everyday shopping routine, and it sets out a design language that can be adapted for future branches of the concept.
